The total number of shares in the distribution

#### criteria
The criteria for the distribution (optional)

#### accepted date
When the distribution was accepted (leave empty if not yet accepted)

#### agreement date
When the distribution was agreed (leave empty if not yet agreed)

#### exercise by date
When the distribution must be exercised by (for exit-only leave empty)

#### exercise price
The price to buy the shares at when they exercise

#### vesting date 1
When the distribution will vest, or if using a schedule, the date of the first schedule

#### vesting shares 1
The number of shares in the distribution, or if using a manual schedule, the number of shares to vest in the first schedule

#### vesting date 2
The date of the second schedule (only required if using a schedule)

#### vesting shares 2
The number of shares to vest in the second schedule (only required if using a schedule)
