I am deeply honoured and humbled to have been appointed an Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) in His Majesty The King's Birthday Honours, for services to Share Schemes and the Energy Sector.

This recognition reflects the two passions that have shaped my career: contributing to the evolution of the energy sector in the UK and around the world, and championing the power of ownership through equity inclusion.

I am proud of the initiatives I have led and been part of at bp, Essar Energy, and through the World Economic Forum's 'Global Agenda Council', helping to drive innovation, investment and transformation across the energy landscape.

At Vestd, I have the privilege of working alongside a team that lives and breathes the Ownership Effect; committed to removing the cost and complexity that prevent businesses from sharing ownership more widely, and ensuring that everyone who contributes to success has the opportunity to share in it.

Most importantly, however, this honour belongs to the exceptional teams, colleagues and leaders who have shared this journey with me. Their talent, support, challenge and inspiration have made every achievement possible.
